the group today

A family-owned group, a long-term vision

Proxis Développement is an independent French industrial group, structured around four complementary centres of expertise. Its strong growth trajectory reflects that of a group which embraces its roots, invests for the long term and makes science the driving force behind its growth.

  • La diversification maîtrisée des activités

  • L’intégration progressive de la chaîne de valeur pour des ingrédients robustes et innovants

  • L'internationalisation progressive.

the One Health philosophy at Proxis Développement

Where human, animal and environmental health are one

Proxis Développement’s activities form part of an integrated approach to living organisms, based on the One Health principle.

This principle is rooted in a scientific reality that is now well-documented: human health, the health of ecosystems and the quality of natural resources are deeply interdependent.

Far from being a marketing ploy, this philosophy provides a solid framework for the group’s industrial strategy, its R&D investments and the development of its expertise, across all its divisions and markets.

Our vision

The group’ vision, by Arnaud Moor

"
Proxis Développement is a French family-owned industrial group founded on a firm conviction: industry must constantly evolve to keep pace with the world’s transformations.
‍
Our roots lie in 20th-century textile chemistry. Our trajectory, however, is resolutely forward-looking. As an independent group, we draw on a long-term vision to invest, innovate and evolve, without ever denying our heritage.
‍
Within each of our entities, projects arise from a simple yet demanding alchemy: our teams’ creativity and the rigour of our standards. This combination fosters an industrial culture based on precision, performance and the constant pursuit of excellence.
‍
Our model is clear: organic growth driven by innovation and R&D, combined with targeted acquisitions to strengthen our expertise. This dual approach allows us to combine entrepreneurial agility with industrial strength.
Diversify for better innovation. Innovate for better protection. "
